The North Campus Subcommittee has approved a permit request to place a 20 year tree plot on 6 arces of the T Field. This field is considered a special management area under North Campus (NC) plan. The plan speaks to having the NC subcommittee review permit applications in the same manner for all NC areas.
Following the committee's approval an appeal from the UAF Trails Club was made to the Master Planning Committee (MPC). The MPC will review the NCS approval action at an open meeting this Friday, May 29, currently scheduled for 9 AM in the Chancellor's conf. room, third floor, Signers Hall.
